PRIVACY STATEMENT

REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data

Viteria 2000 srl processes data in compliance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereafter “Reg. (EU) 2016/679”).
Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of this Regulation the information regarding data identifying the Data Controller and the Data Processor on the subject of personal data processing for contracts and service supply is provided below.

The Data Controller is VITERIA 2000 srl with registered office in Pordenone (PN), Postal Code 33170, Via Jacopo Linussio no. 1.

Type of data processed
Data provided and processed by VITERIA 2000 srl are common, personal and sensitive data.

Purpose of processing
We inform you that the personal data and the particular categories of personal data, provided directly by the data subject and/or collected via filling in paper forms and/or forms available on websites managed by VITERIA 2000 srl, are processed for the purpose of completing the contract to which the subject is party, and also to execute contractual operations or to provide services requested by the Customer or available on the portals managed by VITERIA 2000 srl or by intermediaries appointed by them, as well as for administrative and accounting purposes related to the service contracts.

Provision of data
Provision of data in the fields marked with an asterisk (“*”) is compulsory for completion of the contract or for execution of the operations and services requested.

Processing procedures and access to data
VITERIA 2000 srl processes personal data in compliance with Article 6 comma 1 letter A), b), f) of Reg (EU) 2016/679 by reason of its legitimate interests linked to the kind of activity practiced and the need to execute existing contracts or pre-contractual measures requested by subjects.
Data collected by signing of standard analogue format contracts are processed in both paper form and using digital and remote technologies and may be processed in aggregated form for statistical purposes and to check the quality standards of assistance and maintenance service, excluding in this case processing of identifying data.
Data collected by filling in online forms are processed electronically using computerized management software systems.
Data can only be accessed by representatives, who are sufficiently trained and informed about the roles and activities permitted to them on the data collected, who work on behalf of VITERIA 2000 and who are recipients of instructions and tasks issued by the Data Processor by means of a letter of appointment.
The Data Controller will process data for the purposes indicated above in pursuit of their legitimate interests which do not prevail over the interests or rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Scope of data communication and disclosure
We inform you that the data relating to the contract and service activity may be communicated to commercial consultants for administrative and accounting purposes and to lawyers for management of possible disputes.
We furthermore inform you that data may also be communicated to the police or judicial authorities for the purpose of checking or suppression of criminal offences committed by users of remote services, where necessary.

Storage and erasure of personal data
VITERIA 2000 srl will store subjects’ data in a form which enables their identification for a period of time not exceeding achievement of the purposes for which the data were collected; they will thus be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship established. At the end of this period VITERIA 2000 shall erase subjects’ data.
Once the purpose for which data were collected is eliminated, data required strictly for fiscal and accounting compliance will be stored for a period of 10 years as required by existing law.

The data subject has the right to request, at any time, modification of the structures governed by this statement through the exercise of rights listed in the following paragraph.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights to access referred to in Articles 15 (Rights to access by the data subject), 16 (Right to rectification), 17 (Right to erasure), 18 (Right to restriction of processing), 19 (Notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing), 20 (Right to data portability), 21 (Right to object)and 22 (Automated individual decision-making, including profiling) of Reg. (EU) 2016/679).
It is hereby communicated that the exercise of the rights of the data subject referred to in these Articles, specifically the right to erasure or right to object, are limited by tax legislation.

* Cookies
